Service Description
Entirety360 Core is a technology and business-support platform for freight professionals. Services may include relationship tools, marketplace activity, listings, reviews, documents, routes, calculators, communications, subscriptions, and support resources.
Eligibility and Accounts
You must provide accurate information, protect your login, use the service lawfully, and keep listings, profiles, messages, documents, and business information accurate and professional.
SMS Program and Consent
Entirety360 Core or its approved platform sender may send account verification codes, account and security notifications, appointment reminders when enabled, compliance and document reminders when enabled, marketplace or account-activity notifications when enabled, and other approved transactional notifications selected by the user. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. Consent to optional promotional messages is separate and is not a condition of purchasing an Entirety360 Core membership.
No Guarantees
Entirety360 Core does not guarantee: Loads, Revenue, Profitability, Business contracts, Carrier performance, Broker payment, Shipper performance, Insurance approval, Financing approval, Legal compliance.
Payments and Subscriptions
Paid features may be billed through Stripe or other approved methods. Subscription access, cancellations, refunds, promotions, and billing terms must match the active plan shown at purchase or separately approved in writing.
User Content and Marketplace Activity
You are responsible for content you submit, including listings, reviews, communications, uploaded files, documents, and business claims. Do not post fake loads, fake equipment, fraudulent listings, misleading offers, or unauthorized content.
Third-Party Services and Disclaimers
Some workflows may involve third-party payment, email, analytics, map, communication, business service, or integration providers. Entirety360 Core is provided as available and may change over time.
Termination and Contact
Entirety360 Core may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, create risk, or misuse the platform. Questions may be sent to the currently configured operational support contact. Entirety360 Core is owned and operated by Jones Elite Logistics LLC.
